Welcome to the Center for Biomedical Data Science Single Cell RNA-seq Analysis Workshop. This is a hands-on, three-day workshop that takes you end-to-end through a modern single-cell RNA-seq analysis: from count matrices through quality control, clustering, cell-type annotation, multi-sample integration, and differential expression. By the end you’ll be able to produce and interpret a figure like the clustered UMAP above.
The workshop is sponsored by the Center for Biomedical Data Science (CBDS) in the Knight Campus at the University of Oregon.
This site hosts everything the workshop runs on — lecture slides, hands-on tutorials, datasets, and reference material — and it stays online as a resource for your continued learning long after the workshop ends.
